Nothing to do? Make monster feet.

Nothing to do? Make monster feet.
Colin modeling his very own set of monster feet

Spring break is upon us. For your sake, I hope you are headed to a warm and sunny locale. In the event that you'll be staying in town and trying fill your week with fun and entertaining activities for the kiddos, may I suggest that you make monster feet. This project is the perfect antidote to the inevitable "Mom! I'm bored" battle cry. If you've got kleenex boxes and sponges, you too can make your own monster feet. The thrill of the finished project far outweighs the work involved in putting it together.

And your kids will love that you are being fun and silly. Trust me, they will.

You can find all of the instructions for this silly and simple craft project in the March issue of Chicago Parent Magazine.
