What, you say! Not me! We love the Art Institute! We take advantage of as many free admission days as we can! We are regulars at the Ryan Education Center in the Modern Wing! My husband and I meet for lunch at Terzo Piano whenever we can sneak away for a daytime date!
Yes, still. The truth is that the Art Institute of Chicago has so much to offer families that you realistically could not take advantage of all of it. But I still wanted to mention some great upcoming programming that is probably not on your radar.

- October 29: Family Festival: Diwali. Drop in to the Ryan Education Center between 10:30 and 3:00 to participate i Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights. Kids can create a work of art inspired by Indian traditions and enjoy guided dance workshops.
