I am sure that all of you smart and savvy parents have heard that early childhood is the time when kids are most receptive to learning foreign languages. If you are looking to expose your child to a foreign language but aren't exactly sure what a kids' language class is like, check out the FREE Kids' Language Fair at Multilingual Chicago from
10:00 a.m. until Noon on Sunday, March 7.
The event will include short, fun samples of the childrens' Spanish, French, and Mandarin classes--including music, dance,
games, and activities. This event is free, but Multilingual Chicago asks that you pre-register on their website. Wee Windy City readers will be especially interested in the Spanish, French, and Mandarin for Parents and Tots (ages 1-3) and Kids
(3-5).
You can even check out this video with a preview of some of the fun planned.
