On Saturday, January 16th, Multilingual Chicago is offering free mini French lessons for kids in the dining area of the Chicago French Market (which I here is pretty amazing even without the free language experience).

The schedule is as follows:

Ages 1-3 (parent/tot): 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45
Ages 3-5: 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45
Ages 6-8: 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, 3:45

So les petite enfants can learn a thing or two while you shop for artisan cheeses. Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?

  • Hi - this is Jill Bishop, mom of 3 1/2 year old Henry and owner of Multilingual Chicago. Thanks for posting our event, and I hope to see some Chicago Now readers at our new Logan Square/Avondale location for classes. We've got Spanish, French & Mandarin for adults and kids, and Italian for adults too. Scheduling info on our site (www.MultilingualChicago.com). Thanks for your support, and a happy, healthy and peaceful new year to all!
