Scenes From This Past Weekend's NFL Draft In Grant Park

This past weekend was the NFL Draft in Grant Park. It was very different from last year, sure it was cold and wet but the layout was so much better.

There was more flow and ease of congestion once you were inside. Having pouring rain also meant less people but it was a better show for those of us who got to see it.

I was able to see literally everything and got some decent pictures.

And yes I ate a piece of Gus' famous fried chicken (from Memphis), in the rain.

But Harold's is still better.

So take a look though what I saw on Saturday, except you get to stay warm and dry.

Though as Woody Allen said in the movie Radio Days "It didn't always rain but the city was more beautiful when it did".

And our fair city was great in the rain on Saturday.
