Vegan Gluten-Free Fast and Easy Snack

I’m so hungry.  I want something sweet, salty and really good.  In the fridge I have tangerines, blueberries, avocado and on the counter in my kitchen a banana.  What to do??  I took a cup of previously frozen blueberries (large bag at Costco, very inexpensive), chopped up the banana and ½ an avocado, peeled the tangerine and combined it all together.  I guess if I had GF chocolate and some toasted coconut flakes it would have been added.   Anyway, it was delicious!  Nutritious and full of antioxidants.  What a win win snack.
