This cartoon made me laugh out loud and really spoke the truth to me at the same time.
We all spend a large chunk of our time taking care of other people and we forget to be kind to ourselves. Our population generally feels guilty for doing nothing.
This week I suggest you set your iPhone timer or alarm if necessary and commit to five minutes of silence and breath. I am the first to admit how hard that is, but also how beneficial meditating can be.
