Recently I was invited to an event and asked to label my eating habits. I appreciate hosts wanting to have appropriate food available for all guests, but I wasn't sure how to answer the question.
I eat what I am hungry for, or sometimes what is convenient. Of course, I look for clean, natural vegetables, fruits and proteins and do my best to avoid packaged foods with preservatives.
Why must our heating habits be labeled? Why can't we eat what appeals to us?
