Usually I sit down to my computer and the words start flowing. Some days like today I feel negative and choose against publishing a whiny post. In reality I have little reason to complain (except for the fact I spent $1500 to replace the brakes in my recently paid off car). In these cases I look at photos and let them do the talking.
The first few are taken from my car window on our weekend road trip to Indiana. The beauty made a mundane car ride exciting. Fall colors are so much more abundent outside of the city, literally at moments taking my breath away.
An early autumn morning on Lake Shore Drive reminded me of the beauty of our city and the pre rush hour quiet.
Suddenly I'm feeling positive, inspired and grateful. Sometimes it takes a simple photograph to capture that moment that is often overlooked.
