Who let the dogs out? Sorry. I'll stop. But dogs, particularly dalmatians, are easy.  White shirts and black spots. If you can spare the shirt, use a black marker to cover it in spots. If you cannot spare the shirt, tape or safety pin on black felt circles. Don't forget to add a tail, and if you can spare the cash, get the white sweatpants and decorate them as well. Pig tails for women work well for ears, and don't forget a tail!  Go with Cruella DeVille and the 101 Dalmatians. If you have a guy who isn't feeling the Cruella vibe, have him dress as a firefighter.  Or if you have people who want to go as brown dogs, attach some ears to headbands and go as pound puppies.
