Photographing Chicago Mayor Elect, Rahm Emanuel

Here is a photograph I took of Rahm, while he stopped by the Illinois Restaurant Association annual meeting Monday night. This moment occurred in less than one second, you just have to be fast to catch the slightest movement. Enjoy!
