I learned this from the girl studying next to me at Overflow Coffee. Some guy from Yale came up with this amazingly brilliant insight. He also said, according to the girl, if you are black, you see yourself as black. If you are a woman, you see yourself as a woman. The girl's friend, who was writing in her journal, upon hearing this, said "Wow, that's really powerful." I find it powerful that being ginger is in the same category as race and gender.
But personally, I really see myself as a blonde. How do you see yourself?
