As I wake up to a dust of snow on the ground and slightly colder weather than days before, I am plagued by the lack of options in my drawers while I proceed to get ready for my day. In one of previous blogs I stated that you will get to know my personality a little better. You have already learned that I am a little rebellious. The next thing you will learn is that I am not your typical woman. I have to admit....
I HATE SHOPPING!
I hate everything about it! The lines, standing around to figure it all out, and the fact that I have a short attention span doesn't help me pick and choose faster. I wish I had a personal shopper, stylist, or a good-gay-male-shopaholic-friend that can do it all for me.
The shopping experience becomes increasingly frustrating when I go into the store with a mission to wear a feminine, nice looking, warm sweater and come across this!
THESE ARE NOT DAMN SWEATERS!
What idiot thought that a sweater with no sleeves would keep a Chicagoan that endures below zero temperatures warm?!
And why would the store buy it from the manufactures when they know that their customers live in a cold city?
I am not a high priced shopper nor do I need labels to keep me satisfied. I am as simple as they get! I noticed this epidemic in high-end to low-end stores. It really does not matter how much you pay. I just know that I do not want to pay $50 for this "so-called" sweater with no sleeves.
THAT'S IT! I am starting a clothing line.....
