Behind The Scenes of "Night Train"

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and since it's Friday I thought I'd give the keyboard a break and just share some behind-the-scenes photos from our recent shoot for our mumblecore style film entitled "Night Train". Photos taken by Nancy LaLuntas.

The actors rehearsing their first scene at the train station.

A scene at the bus station: the station was closed for the night so we took the opportunity to get out of the rain.

This location looks like a backlot set, but it's not. Hooray for Main Street America!

Artistically this photo tells a whole story of it's own: the story of "Hey, What's everyone looking at?"

I like to call this our "band photo" as in: if-we-were-a-rock-band-this-photo-would-be-our-photo. This picture really doesn't do justice to the sheer chaos of the scene which we shot at a working (and evidently very popular) liquor store. Also just to keep things exciting there was a car accident just before we shot the scene. (It's OK, no one was hurt- we checked).

And back at the train station first thing in the morning. We had an unbelievably beautiful, misty atmosphere in the background.
