I've been working to keep up with all the Valentine's events, as well as all the cider events in advance of Saturday's Cider Summit Chicago. I've been slowed down a bit by the changes in Google Calendar that I base these listings on. But we'll work this out. After several years of trying to "stay small" while their beers increased in popularity, Three Floyds has published plans for a huge expansion within its space at it Munster industrial park. The project would build a larger brewery with new German steel, expanded brewpub and retail space, and offices, on property the Floyds have acquired on either side of their current location. Plans were published to the city of Munster's web site, and look like a match to Stone or Dogfish Head's destination breweries. Josh Noel broke the story, with positive reaction from Munster officials, at the Tribune...
