Webster to bask in the glory of superb draught offerings from a collection of breweries spanning two continents and seven countries. The event’s name evinces the distance between St. Feuillien (Le Roeulx, Belgium) and Green Flash (San Diego California) who collaborated in the creation of two beers on the list: Friendship Brew – a black saison that utilizes European and American hops, Belgian yeast and spices – and Biere de l’Amitie, a contemporary take on the blond saison with rye and wheat malt, and dry-hopped with Amarillo. Intrepid souls will be able to try the first offering from the world’s most recently anointed Trappist brewery Stift Engelszell (Austria)...
