Their Ginger Peach Saison was featured in our newsletter a couple weeks ago and their 16-Bit Double Pale Ale is a hoppy brew that manages to have a little heft while avoiding being too hoppy, boozy, sweet, etc. We’re very pleased to have them in.

DESTIHL DAY: This new Illinois Day commemorates the Craft Beer Revolution with the Pouring of the Destihl Draft (Abra Mango IPA, Lynbrook Raspberry Gose and more) on 14 July 2015, as well as the Fête de la Wild Sour Cans which celebrates the aluminum encasing of Wild Sour Ales by the Destihl Brewery in 2014 (featuring Here Gose Nothin' and Counter Clockweisse). The 844 Limited Release
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Eastland Disaster (July 24, 1915), Ale Syndicate will release The 844 Imperial Pilsner. Only 844 bottles will be released to area liquor store, each one bearing the story of one of the victims, responders, or survivors of the tragedy. Part of the proceeds of sales will benefit the Eastland Disaster Historical Society, an organization that works to preserve the stories and legacies of all those involved in the disaster. A select number of kegs will also be announced soon.
