We're celebrating our first Berliner Weisse with the release of The World Needs Fewer DJs, in addition to our second Goose Island Beer Co. Five Sisters Tap Takeover.
Following up on our Goose Island sour collaboration released in May, we decided to go it alone with a traditional Berliner Weisse. At 3.5%, this brew is lemony, peachy, and tart with a light and bubbly mouthfeel.
You'll also have the option of adding raspberry or passion fruit syrup. Raspberry is a traditional syrup added to a Berliner Weisse in Germany. Passion fruit is an American twist.
The Goose Island Five Sisters Tap Takeover includes: Gillian, Lolita, Juliet, Halia, and Madame Rose.
