Interlude - A Farmhouse ale brewed with Farmhouse yeast and a house strain of Brettanomyces yeast for just a little more funk. Aged in wine barrels for an even kinkier experience.
And of course the Allagasm! Allagash White Ale with a splash of Timmerman's Framboise Lambic. Just enough to make one blush.

Dimo’s Pizza and Greenbush Brewing Co. present “Beer and Pizza: A Love Worth Celebrating,” an all-you-can-drink-and-eat craft beer and pizza event.
This collaboration between two small businesses will culminate in an Anti-Valentine’s Day themed event celebrating the union of craft beer and pizza. Enjoy a suggested pairing menu of five original Dimo’s slices and matching Greenbush craft brews. The selection of slices will feature special dough made using Greenbush yeast, giving the pizzas a beer-infused flavor. The event will also officially debut a limited-release Dimo’s-inspired Mango IPA beer named “Regret.” This brew will pair with a specialty slice featuring pork belly, pickled radish, blistered chilies and a soy citrus glaze, aptly named “Vindication.”

Tickets can be purchased in advance for $35 on Brown Paper Tickets or for $40 at the door on the day of the event. Attendees will receive a pairing menu, along with a commemorative 6oz. tasting glass. They will spend the next two hours sampling craft beers and pizza slices while a DJ spins records and romantic movie clips are projected onto the walls. There is a cut off of seventy-five attendees for the event, so interested guests should purchase tickets early to ensure a spot.

We are naming it It's Dangerous to Go Alone in reference to the greatest video game of all time. We're going to release this fruity, refreshing ale the night before Valentine's Day.
