We will also be hosting the re release of Cleetus/Dark Horse Collab- Scary Jesus Rockstar- an apricot and chamomile pale ale using 260 lbs of apricots from McKlug Farms.

Morgan Marshall of Logan Square's home town craft brewery will lead the dinner, starting at 7:30 p.m. Chef Robert Hoffman has created a four course menu that complements each beer selection: Terrine of Duck Confit paired with Double Fist Double Pale Ale; Deconstructed Cioppino paired with Bottom Up Wit; Haybasket Cornish Game Hen paired Coup d'Etat Saison; and Rum-Pressed Pineapple Upside Down Cake paired with Eugene Porter.
