Join us for a five course custom menu of food and craft beer pairings, featuring Boulevard Brewing Co. in Kansas City, the Midwest’s home for fine ales and lagers since 1989. Guest speaker Jim DeBolt, Boulevard Regional Sales Manager, will be on hand to share Boulevard’s mission of producing fresh, flavorful beers using the finest traditional ingredients and the best of both old and new brewing techniques.The event begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. with passed appetizers and the first pairing, followed by the seated dinner at 7:00 p.m., and is priced at $50.00 per person, plus tax & gratuity. 6:00 pm ♦ Emmett's Brewing Co. 500th Batch Tapping
Emmett's Ale House, 5200 Main St., Downers Grove, IL (630) 434-8500
Emmett's will be tapping their Quintennial IPA, which just happens to be the 500th batch brewed in Downers Grove.
The tapping starts at 6:00pm and costs $10 per person, which includes samples of the Quintennial IPA, Grilled Bratwurst with chips and German Potato Salad on their patio. Emmett's Brewmaster, Rob Hunter, will be on hand to visit and answer questions about the beer.

6:00 - 7:00 pm ♦ Local 737 Meeting

Union leader Pete Crowley will be pouring a new release from 6-7pm for card carrying members of the Beer Drinker's Union!
We'll be tapping a new batch of Rubber Monkey Belgian Wheat IPA, a recipe that was part of our collaboration with Greenbush Brewing, in Sawyer, MI!

Deschutes (famous for Black Butte Porter) and Great Lakes (famous for Edmund Fitzgerald porter) teamed up to create a special Imperial Smoked Porter to honor the occasion.

5:00 pm ♦ Great Lakes IPA Night & Commodore Perry Firkin Tapping

Join us at Franklin Tap for a Great Lakes Brewing IPA night featuring a special tapping of a Commodore Perry firkin along with Lake Erie Monster and Rye of the Tiger drafts. As always Edmund Fitzgerald, Elliot Ness and Burning River bottles will be available. Great Lakes's Chicago representative Ryan Herendeen will be in house from 5-8pm with giveaways, to talk Great Lakes beer and general merrymaking! The firkin will be tapped at 5pm sharp. He'll also give some insights on what it means to be a pioneer for a passionate and discerning audience in today's hyper-connected world.
