Big Sky brewmaster Matt Long will be on hand, tapping perhaps both his finest and rarest accomplishment: Ivan the Terrible. This bourbon barrel aged behemoth of a beer is aged in Binny's own hand picked barrels, and is without a doubt one of the premier barrel aged Imperial Stouts that will ever hit your lips.

This ancient, medieval-era ale has been resurrected and perfected by Sixpoint's Mad Scientists in Brooklyn. In keeping with the Medieval theme of this lost style beer, there will be a screen of Monty Python and the Holy Grail for viewing pleasure. Making the Transition from Home to Production Scale Brewing
Presented by BeerFX, Beyond The Brew is a panel/discussion featuring the best in American Craft Beer. Similar to SXSW or TED, these are informative talks that leave you with a new understanding of what craft beer is and the personalities behind it. What sets this event apart is that it is coupled with interactive, craft beer tasting. But not just any tasting, each sample is hand selected by the featured speaker of the night, so that every 10-20 minutes, we will pause for that particular brewer (or distiller) to share that beer with the audience and speak on why it is special. Beyond The Brew is not just an informative panel or a tap takeover, Beyond The Brew is an interactive, entertaining, informative beer gathering that you will never forget.
This ticket price ($40 at Eventbrite) includes the discussion, four 4oz. beer samples (chosen by the 4 speakers), and 1 5oz. commemorative taster glass.

Join us for an evening celebrating Chicago's Women of Craft Beer. The ladies behind some of your favorite breweries will be in attendance including Goose Island, Two Brothers, Rock Bottom, Lagunitas, Metropolitan, Greenbush, 4 Paws Brewery and more!
We will be screening the documentary "The Love of Beer", which focuses on the rise of women in the beer industry.
There will be special tappings throughout the night - more announcements to come!
In addition $1 per pint will be donated to the Chicago Chapter of "Dress For Success" a charity that promotes economic independence by providing professional clothing and resources to disadvantaged women.

Join us for some Brewery Burlesque! Come tour the brewery, meet the brewers, and more before the show!
We'll be hosting the burlesque troop VAUDEZILLA from 9-10 p.m. and have live music from the local band Knyfs for the after party until midnight. There will be a variety of Finch's beers being tapped all night, including some awesome limited release beers. Tickets are $30 for the whole night and available at the Finch's Beer store. This will be a downright awesome event for Chicago Craft Beer Week! We can't wait to see you there!
