It is a heavenly beer brewed with home-baked BOM malt. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can produce a light cloudiness. The taste of Heaven remains evolving in the bottle.
Triporteur From Hell : Triporteur From Hell is a dark beer brewed with hellish burned and roasted BOM malt. The beer reminds us of chocolate, caramel, recently brewed coffee and freshly baked bread. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can cause a slight cloudiness. The taste of Hell keeps evolving in the bottle.

12:00 pm ♦ Gapers Block Microbrewery (& Distillery!) Crawl
Start at Metropolitan Brewing Co., 5121 N. Ravenswood Ave., Chicago
In the last couple of years, Chicago has become one of the centers of the craft brewing and distilling scene. We at Gapers Block thought it would be fun to put together a "microbrewery crawl" to showcase the great beers being produced in the area, taking advantage of the close proximity of so many breweries and distilleries.
The Gapers Block Microbrewery Crawl kicks off at Andersonville's great Metropolitan Brewery and travels by foot and bus to Koval Distillery, where we'll get a look at how eau de vie and whiskey are made. We'll find out what "community supported brewing" is at Begyle Brewing and how a brewery can operate in under 500 square feet from Spiteful Brewing, then finish up at Atlas Brewing Company in Lincoln Park.
For $45, participants will get samples at each stop, and get tours of some very unique and different breweries. Be a part of this unique experience -- get your tickets now (Eventbrite link)! Capacity is limited to 60 people.
