Join Us for Another Firkin Friday! A cask-conditioned ale dispensed by gravity directly from the firkin, tapped right on the bar counter. Tonight's cask: Harviestoun Old Engine Oil (Scottish Black Ale, 6.5% ABV). This pitch black brew is an intensely flavored yet ridiculously smooth Scottish black ale. Rich, dark chocolate is beautifully balanced by hop bitterness. Bold, roasty, dark and complex. Simply stunning - and especially well-suited for cask conditioned presentation.

Our annual SausageFest makes its triumphant return! Ten Housemade Sausages, 10 Artisanal Cheeses, and 20 Amazing Local Beers - From Haymarket and some of our very good friends!

Local Guest Beers will include selections from: Half Acre, Finch's, Spiteful, Lake Effect, Solemn Oath, Metropolitan, Revolution, Pig Minds, Goose Island Pubs, Pipeworks, Rock Bottom Chicago, Atlas Brewing, Piece, 3 Floyds, Church Street and likely more. Quite possibly the first time that all these breweries will be together in the same place!

Off Color Brewing presents: Mischief

Off Color Brewing, the much talked about venture by former barrel program wizards John Laffler of Goose Island, and Dave Bleitner of Two Brothers Brewing, present their first event, a "popup bar" called "Mischief" This "night of revelry and collective nouns" at Black Rock will feature four collaborations brewed with Three Floyds, Haymarket Pub and Brewery and Metropolitan Brewing. "Friends from where you'd find us drinking if we weren't doing this otherwise will be crafting select libations and John will probably make something on a whim involving gin. It's what happens when there's no one to really tell you no anymore." Tickets are on sale, at $40/person (Limit two), at Brown Paper Tickets.

12:00 pm ♦ Oak Forest Fleadh

Join The Blarney Stone for a celebration of Irish beer and music. They'll be pouring Murphy’s Red Ale in draught in several locations around the bar/tent, as well as Cold Murphy’s stout cans.
Live Music: The Mahones / 8pm - Midnight; Kevin Flynn & Avondale Ramblers / 4pm - 8pm; Sean & Charlie / at the end of the parade - 12 PM

We'll be breaking out the album on vinyl, serving free popcorn & of course, the bar will be open!
