It’s a 4-day Grand Opening Celebration of Jerry's in Andersonville, ending with the big Hurrah on Thursday. Featuring Super-rare beer from Bell's, Half Acre, and Haymarket, High West cocktails created by Jenny Kessler, food specials, raffle for prizes, and fun for the whole family.

Bell's has bestowed a bounty of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Beer on the bars of Jerry's Wicker Park and Jerry's Andersonville. To kick things off, on Monday, November 26, Jerry's Wicker Park will be pouring Christmas Ale, Winter White, Two Hearted, Special Double Cream Stout, This One Goes to 11 Ale, Bourbon Barrel aged Batch 9000.

And, to cap off the Grand Opening celebration at Jerry's Andersonville, on Thursday November 29th, we'll be pouring whatever is left of the other exciting Bell's beers in addition to a special tapping of Bell's Black Note.

Tokio Pub is partnering with Oskar Blues brewery & taking a culinary tour of the world, through a fabulous November beer dinner. Tokio Pub Chef Phu Lu will blend four of the world’s most popular cuisines with Tokio Pub’s unique style. The culinary journey begins with a savory trip to France, followed by a rustic move to Italy, continued with a hearty stop in Germany and coming home to America for a dessert that is ALL Tokio Pub. Each round of food will be perfectly paired with one of Oskar Blues brews while guests take in the beats of one of Tokio Pub’s house DJ’s. Greg Browne, brewmaster at Mickey Finn's Brewery in Libertyville, IL, is our regular guide. Students study several beers and learn exactly what they're tasting and the roles that the ingredients and the brewing process have in forming those aromas and flavors. Don't miss a great opportunity to enjoy fine beer, good company and expert tutelage. Tickets go on sale today for the next class, to be held December 1 at 6 p.m. Topic: Holiday Beers. With its complex layers of caramel flavor and aroma combined with a deep, reddish brown hue, the Willie Wee Heavy mingles dark fruity notes with a rich malty nose and an underlying hint of the smoked malts to increase the brew's overall complexity.

Come out for a very special dinner hosted by our Executive Chef and Brewmaster. They have created a special four course meal each paired with a handcrafted beer that will be sure to delight.
