Callow Knife: We here in Chicago have survived another solstice, but winter’s time isn’t over by a long shot and weeks worth of dark days still lie ahead. But to make a bit more light in the wintery gloom, we are once again unsheathing the Callow Knife to bring the light to your palate while we all wait to see if the sun will show its face again.
