Fountainhead will be tapping 3 beers from Chicago's Half Acre: Daly Double: This is a kickass beer to begin the new year. If you enjoy melting taste buds with hop resins, then pop by for a bit of this brew. Callow Knife: We here in Chicago have survived another solstice, but winter’s time isn’t over by a long shot and weeks worth of dark days still lie ahead. But to make a bit more light in the wintery gloom, we are once again unsheathing the Callow Knife to bring the light to your palate while we all wait to see if the sun will show its face again. Alpenglo: a 3.5% ABV winter glider This Winter Dark Ale is a concept reserved for the haul, the long push, the times when the day extends into the night.
