Tokio Pub has found its inner “PUB” and is pleased to roll out their first beer dinner of 2012. As part of the evening, the restaurant will serve-up a very special four course dinner featuring beer-infused dishes and individually served cans of beers from local breweries. The dinner check-in begins at 6:00 p.m. and the first round of food will be served at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $45 per person (excluding tax and tip) and reservations are required. The menu offers pairings with Half Acre Daisy Cutter Pale Ale, Finch's Golden Wing Blonde Ale, Wild Onion Hopslayer Double IPA and Wild Onion Jack Stout. It's Tighthead's first beer Dinner, part of a weeklong Tap Takeover at The Vine. Tickets are $65. A three course dinner, plus social hour and dessert course, all paired with Tighhead Comfortably Blonde, Scarlet Fire Red Ale, Irie IPA, Hat Trick Tripel and Boxcar Porter. Seating starts at 7:00.

On February 1st we will celebrate Metropolitan as Brewer of the month by tapping a barrel of Koval Rye Whiskey Barrel aged FlyBock (Exclusive to Sheffields), Generator Doppelbock, Ironworks and Dynamo Copper Lager. There will also be representatives from the brewery on hand.
