Every day we'll be tapping at opening time a "one-off" beer to celebrate the days prior to our favorite holiday. The tappings will be held at the bar and Mug Clubbers will receive their first pint free.
Dec 18: Chocolate Vanilla Porter, Dec 19: Blueberry Kellehers, Dec 20: Cardamom Raspberry, Dec 21: Anise Stout, Dec 22: Juniper Pale Ale, Dec 23: Apricot IPA.
And then to celebrate the Ebenezer in all of us, we're releasing a "13th" day of Christmas Ale which will be the Barrel Aged Beelzebeer! It'll be available on the 26th of December.

This is the first time that Banana Bread has been available on draft in the US and we will be the first establishment in the city offering this fantastic ale!

As a holiday treat, we're gonna be cracking open some holiday ales! All these beers are bottled, which as we all know can be tough on the pocket book. To ensure that you get to try everything, the beers will only be available in 5oz taster size glasses. Flights will be available as well! The darkest day of the year falls on December 22 – wallow in the darkness with our dark beer & heavy metal takeover. Many draft handles of the blackest beers we can find. Tentative keg schedule includes: New Holland Dragons Milk, Goose Island Bourbon County Stout 2010, Southern Tier Creme Brulee, Stone Russian Imperial Stout 2011, Left Hand Fade to Black III, plus more… "Darkness." Plus all your favorite heavy metal on the jukebox from Amon Amarth to Zakk Wylde.

It's on again. The darkest night of the year begets its most sinister brews. Stout, porter, black ale, they're all going to be pouring in spades in the Chicago winter. We'll have the metal blasting, the rare bottles popping, and Bill and Austin will probably be fighting over who gets to wear the Santa hat. Get your holiday started off right. Some of the brews we'll have on tap: $5 tasters of all draft beers will be available for the balance of the night.

We will be tapping our newest seasonal brew, so join us for one of the first pours. The "Sled Dog" is an imperial red ale - full-bodied, complex caramel malt flavor, and copious amounts of Ahtanum hops are employed to brew up this big, 9% abv, ale.

7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Ladies' Beer Academy - Holiday Entertaining with Beer
