Join us for a Dogfish Head Beer Brunch. We'll have four fun dishes paired with four great Dogfish Head beers as well as our normal brunch menu. It's all á la carte, mix-and-match so you can have fun trying all the beers and brunch items however you see fit. Two sessions: 1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m. After a huge first year, we are back again for round 2. Last year, patrons had the opportunity to get acquainted with over 100 different craft and specialty beer varieties supplied by 35 breweries from the Midwest and across the country. This year there will be 2 sessions, including a Homebrew Challenge: Participating breweries: Bell's, Goose Island, Dogfish Head, Stone, Lagunitas, Blue Moon, New Belgium, Leinenkugel, Finch’s, 5 Rabbit, New Holland, Boston Beer Co., Dundee Brewing Co., Imperial (Costa Rica), Sierra Nevada, Great Lakes, Brooklyn Brewery, Magic Hat, Pyramid, Limestone, Summit, Left Hand, Argus, Two Brothers, Piece, Lucky Monk, Stevens Point, Flatlanders, Mickey Finn's, Negra Modelo, Modelo Especial, Victoria (Toluca, México), Lake Bluff Brewing, Flossmoor Station, Destihl.

We've (well, along with some friendlies) busted our humps to get some rare-as-a griffin Real Ales from English Real Ale purists, Nethergate Brewing. This Saturday we'll be tapping Old Growler English Porter & Azzarat Blonde. Won't you help us welcome these brews from afar by hoisting a pint with us? Chef Kevin will have some grub tailor made for these beers, so bring your belly. Many thanks to Windy City Distribution, Artisanal Imports, and UK Brewing Supplies for making this all happen.

6:30 - 9:30 p.m. "Chefs Gone Wild" Beer Dinner

6:30 p.m. beer reception, 7:00 p.m. dinner. With Guest Brewmaster Matt Brynildson of Firestone Walker. Firestone and Revolution beers to be paired include Revolution’s Black and Tan: The Cross of Eugene, Double Fist, Backyard IPA, and Rise American Stout; plus Firestone Walker Parabola Imperial Stout, Union Jack, Double Jack, and Nectar Ales Black Xantus Imperial Stout.
