Starting the day after Thanksgiving, and lasting one glorious week, you get the chance to try a whole host of European beers. Participants pre-pay for either a Short, Long, or Backpacker Tour. We're offering beers from 20 different European countries.

Come meet Jay Goodwin, Head of Barrel Aging & Sensory Analysis for Orange County’s The Bruery! The man that runs the entire barrel aging program for one of the most experimental breweries in the US will be here at Haymarket Pub & Brewery Haymarket will be pouring three draft rarities along with a regular favorite: Four Calling Birds, Hottenroth, Melange #3, and Mischief. Jay will be milling about and gladly answering any and all of your questions. The Bruery/Dogfish Head collaboration will also be available in bottles.

Ed Kane and Anthony Norkus join WGN's John Williams. We'll dig into Breckenridge favorites including Vanilla Porter and Avalanche Ale, along with something special from the brewery at the Binny's South Loop Tasting Room. RSVP 312.768.4400. We’re beginning to drink a lot like Christmas at The Bar On Buena’ s First Annual Twelve+ Beers Of Christmas Kick-Off. Throughout the month of December, the BOB will be offering a rotating selection of (at least) 12 Holiday Beers capable of getting even the Scroogiest of Scrooges in the Holiday Spirit. Pop in Thursday, December 1st for the official kickoff featuring tappings of our December Beer of The Month, Anchor Porter, their tasty XMas Ale, Smuttynose Winter Ale, and from across the pond the Merry Ol’ St. Feuillien Cuvee des Noel. That’s just the tip of the Christmas tree with new Holiday Brews and Meads to follow throughout the month including Wittekerke Winter White, Petrus Winter Ale, Noel De Silenrieux, Lagunitas Sucks Winter Ale, Great Lakes Christmas Ale, Dupont Avec Bon Voeux, Port Santa’s Little Helper, Troubadour Cascade, Silly Noel, and Samichlaus. There will also be bottles of Three Floyds Alpha Klaus and cellared La Choulette Noel available.
