Beeronaut's Halloween weekend events, October 28 to 31

With so many places getting their freak on this weekend, I'm splitting this round up into two parts. Here are the events where you don't need to think to bring a costume. For non-Halloween events, check here.

Friday, October 28, 2011

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Nightmare on Wells Street

It's a Halloween party… Halsted style! We'll have plenty of seasonal beer samples, super scary samples and a DJ!!! Wear your costumes and take home a custome pumpkin cupcake! Win our "guess-the-weight-of-the-giant-pumpkin" and win a $100 gift card! Halloween food. Halloween drink. Halloween fun.

7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Black Friday Halloween Party!

Come out and celebrate with us at our Black Friday Halloween Bash! Black Friday is an awesome cover band and they will be rocking the Rock from 9:00 p.m. until they get tired. There will be costumes, food, fun, and of course, beer. Anyone dressed in costume (and that doesn't include businessman costume or any sort of I just got off work and am still wearing my uniform costume) will receive a free appetizer or dessert (no combo platters please).

The Saturday before Halloween, The Bar on Buena knows you've got places to go, and parties to attend. The real question is "Where shall we pre-party?" We have the answer to that eternal question. Saturday at sundown (around 6) we will be pouring all of the Bastard beers from Stone Brewing that we can fit on the tap, and serving up some special Halloween surprises. Coming in costume? SmallBar is celebrating Halloween the right way with four of the best pumpkin beers on offer available on draft: Southern Tier Pumking, Dogfish Head Punkin, Tyranena Painted Lady, New Belgium Kick. There will also be house-made candies available from the kitchen, as well as a limited number of Pumking Cupcakes made with Southern Tier Pumking and topped with bourbon butter cream icing.
