On the first Tuesday of each month from 6 pm to 8 pm, we will be conducting an in-depth tour and tutored tasting at our brewery. Classes meet in the State Room, on the second floor of our restaurant. We are limiting this to 25 "students" each month and seats can be reserved, for $15 per person, by calling (312) 755-1677. Classes conducted by our Brewmaster include brewery tour, discussion of beer styles, history, and flavor profiles, light snacks, and tastings of every beer currently on tap. The November beer School features Rye Beers, with RB Chicago's Harvest Moon Rye-Lager, with Bear Republic Hop-Rod Rye, paired with aged white cheddar, blackened chicken/ beef slider, beer poached pears.

We will be doing a collaborative event with our friends at 5 Rabbit Cerveceria, Three Floyds, Stone Brewing Co. & Half Acre. We will be pouring the following special beers to honor the day: 5 Rabbit - Vida y Muerte Muertzenbier; Half Acre - Mr. Ouroboros; Three Floyds - Zombie Dust on Cask; Stone - Oaked Bastard on Cask.
We will also be holding a silent charity auction to raise money for the UNO Charter School Network. Cider is a classic autumn beverage and Executive Chef Nicole Pederson and Executive Pasty Chef Melissa Trimmer of C-House are hosting a Fall Harvest Cider Dinner, featuring Domaine Dupont ciders. Special guest Greg Hall, formerly of Goose Island and founder of Virtue Cider will be in attendance to discuss his upcoming project. The four-course meal will feature seasonal dishes made with local ingredients, aligning with the chefs’ cooking philosophy.
