Chef Cleetus’s will tap his collaboration with Finch’s Beer Co., the Slackjawed Dunkel, a beer brewed with a little smoked malt and 30pounds of raw honey from Chef Cleetus’s own beehive. Ben Finch, owner of Finch’s Beer Co., will be available to chat and answer questions.

This will be quite a meal with five courses with beer pairings plus a beer cocktail to get you started and an after-dinner dessert beer to enjoy by the fireplace. A return of our annual pumpkin ale sees a slight change in the recipe as Murph and I upped the alcohol content and increased the weight of pumpkin used from 24 to 43 lbs and the spicing from 1lb to 1.5 lbs. This year we will be raising funds for the American Cancer Society via Murph's Minions. Murph was unable to taste last years batch as he was undergoing successful treatment for cancer and he is really looking forward to trying this years batch. Jose will be preparing a special pairing for this beer.

A raffle for the opportunity to buy one of 3 bottles of Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout ($30/BTL). All three bottles will go that day. Sign up for the raffle will begin at 7:00 on the 20th and go until 8:00, the drawing will be held at 8:15. This is the only way to get a bottle through our store. There will be a $5 fee, which will include a raffle ticket and a few samples of rare beer that we stashed up in the rafters. Also, a raffle ticket will be given for every $10 spent during the event.
