Guinness Black Lager to roll out nationally

This past spring, the Chicago market got a taste of Guinness Black Lager, a major brand extension for the iconic Irish brewer. Lucky Monk Oktoberfest

The Lucky Monk Burger, Pizza & Beer, 105 Hollywood Blvd., South Barrington, IL (847) 898-0500 For $20 each night through September 24, receive a beer pint glass and a pour of Lucky Monk Oktoberfest beer (refills are $4 each). Monday, September 19: $10 House Brew Pint and Choice of Pizza. Tuesday, September 20: German Beer Tasting from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests can try The Lucky Monk Oktoberfest beer along with seven other German beers led by Brewmaster Anthony Carollo. $30 per person includes a tasting glass and pretzels (plus tax and gratuity). Limited Space is available. Call the restaurant to sign up.
