Dragon's Milk (Ale Aged in Oak Barrels - 10%) with Choco/Banana Empanada. A crown jewel of the New Holland collection, Dragon's Milk is full of caramel malt character accented by vanilla, chocolate, dark fruits, toffee, and oaky bourbon.
Beerhive Honey Ginger Tripel Ale (9%) with Hawaiian Empanada. With Beerhive, New Holland uses locally-produced spring wildflower honey in a traditional Belgian beer style.
El Mole Ocho (8%, 15 IBU) with vegetarian Empanada. The beer is NHB's exploration into the flavors of mole, the legendary sauce of central Mexico. Malty aroma and rich, cocoa-laden body laced with an invigorating tinge of dried chilies and coffee.
