We'll be having our next tapping for the Half Day Hefeweizen, at 7:00 p.m. for mug clubbers, and at 8:00 p.m. behind the bar. Half Day is a traditional Hefe made with 70% wheat, 13% of which was unmalted, which made for a rather interesting, and exhausting, brewday.
