Head out to Finnegan's for a complimentary craft beer tasting every Monday. One of our Cicerones will pull new beers recently added to the list and provide some background on each style and samples for you to taste. All beer being sampled with be on special so if you find a favorite, you can enjoy it with out damaging the wallet!

For over a decade we have been making Korean Polish Bar B Q at our annual festivals. We learned people love kimchee on their Bobak’s Polish. Since our neighbor Pleasant House Bakery is closed on Mondays, we decided to make every Monday Korean Polish BBQ Monday! From 5:30-7:30pm we will be serving the goodness out on the patio. On the first Tuesday of each month from 6 pm to 8 pm, we will be conducting an in-depth tour and tutored tasting at our brewery. Classes meet in the State Room, on the second floor of our restaurant. We are limiting this to 25 "students" each month and seats can be reserved, for $15 per person, by calling (312) 755-1677. Classes conducted by our Brewmaster include brewery tour, discussion of beer styles, history, and flavor profiles, light snacks, and tastings of every beer currently on tap.

A unique collaboration of Chicago Food Trucks and Chicago's latest smash dive bar. Scott Harris (Francesca's, Purple Pig, Davanti Enoteca) is opening a new restaurant and bar in the South Loop area called Ethyl's Beer and Wine Dive. Starting June 30th and continuing every Thursday night throughout the summer there will be a collection of roughly 7 different Food Trucks outside the restaurant. Anyone can pair beer with food. We’re pairing it with improv comedy! Eight American sours paired up with “GULP!” our in-house improv production company. Comedy troupes from the ranks of Second City, Improv Olympic, and Annoyance will incorporate the beers we’ll be tasting as suggestions for hilarity! Current beer line-up includes: Jolly Pumpkin E. S. Bam (Draft), New Belgium La Folie, Two Brothers Askew, Goose Island Lolita, Juliet & Madame Rose, Allagash Vrienden (Draft), Anderson Valley Gatlin Damnosis (Draft).
