Lagunitas and Two Brothers in a five Round Tasting Event. Hey, I haven't been to attend one of these yet, either. Be that as it may, Niall Freyne reports: "While both are excellent breweries, We feel the beer chosen by the reps is not in keeping with the high standards of beer we believe makes our event special. So we have decided to run our own event with beer personally chosen by Niall and his team. The format will be slightly modified, but the beer will be outstanding and continue to represent what has become one of the best events in the local craft beer arena." Now, I love the many 2Bros beers I've tried, but it would be hard to match them to Lagunitas' typically uberhoppy West Coast brews. I hope this strategy makes it more of a contest.
