Half Acre Ginger Twin release

The mighty Ginger Twin will once again drop anchor. This hop thruster will be available on draft for growler pours, and in 22 oz bombers: Multiple ship-in-a-bottle modeling challenges for you steady handed, sea fanatics. 22's will sell for $8.99, growler refills will be $15, and new growlers $19. A beer befitting the burly brethren.
Ginger Discounts: (1) Anyone with God-given red hair will be granted an 8% discount on Ginger Twin purchases. (2) Anyone with God-given red hair and a Longshoreman's beard will be granted a 10% discount on Ginger Twin purchases. (3) Identical Twins will be granted a 15% discount on Ginger Twin Purchases  (4) Identical Twins with God-given red hair will be granted a 25% discount on Ginger Twin purchases. (5) Identical Twins with God Given red hair and Longshoreman's beards will be granted a special treat (each) and 50% off additional Ginger Twin purchases.

2:00 p.m. - Closing • Flossmoor Station pre-DLD party

We'll be tapping into some pretty cool beers dug up from our cellars. We'll have nine taps flowing from our jockey boxes, all of which won't be found behind the bar, starting at 2:00 p.m. and running until they kick or the village ordinance kicks us out. We'll also be firing up the grill at 4:00 p.m., and the live band will start around 5:00 p.m.. Everything will be outside on our back patio, and for those interested in beer swapping, there'll be a nice area to do so by the caboose. We'll also have our Saison & Garfunkel in bottles and available for purchase. Additionally, we'll have a raffle for our last 12 bottles of the HiFi Rye, with the raffle tickets going for $5.

Dark Lord Day @ Three Floyds

Full-scale reenactment of the Haymarket Riot

This promises to be a fun and educational event. And, of course, it involves Pete's delicious brews. Volunteers are needed to play the part of police officers during the reenactment.
Event info courtesy of the Fulton River District Association: This May will mark the 125th Anniversary of the Haymarket Riot which took place near the corner of Randolph and Desplaines in the Fulton River District. To (commemorate/mark/remember) this occasion, Paul Durica of the 'Pocket Guide to Hell' is planning a full scale reenactment of the event at the original site. The FRDA has teamed up with Paul, The Haymarket Brewery, Illinois Labor History Society, Drinking & Writing Theater, Cultural Affairs, Alderman Reilly's Office and Alderman Burnett Jr.'s Office to help make this possible.The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday April 30th at the Randolph & Desplaines site from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., with the actual reenactment to occur at 3:00 p.m. It is also anticipated that activities will take place prior to and following the reenactment at the Haymarket Brewery on the corner of Randolph and Halsted.

12:30 p.m. Beer and Food Pairing Class and Lunch
