Fire Chief Chili Cook Off Thursday, March 31, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Our Annual Fire Chief Chili Cook Off featuring a silent auction, $10 Chili and beer and our very own expert chili judge Jose "Dr. Jalapeño" Torres. Expect some great chillis from the local Fire Houses.
And on April 3rd, from 12:00 to 3:30 pm, we will be doing a Kids Safety Day and a Firefighter/Server Day of Tips.
Now in its 15th year, Fire Chief Ale is one of Rock Bottom's cornerstone promotions. Since its inception in 1997, it has raised over $1 million dollars for local fire departments and related charities. This is the largest charity event Rock Bottom does all year.
