Join Goose Island for a special event celebrating the release of "Pork Soda," a Chef Jared Wentworth and Goose Island collaboration beer. Enjoy this one time only beer and the special entrée that will be created to compliment it at Longman & Eagle.
Pork Soda - This hoppy Belgian Double IPA comes in at 7.5%. It was brewed with huge amounts of Cascade, Simcoe, and Citra hops. Golden in color with big bright citrus flavors that balance the Belgian yeast. It was double dry hopped with even more Citra and Simcoe hops to get that juicy tropical fruit and a hint of pine on the nose.

Join us for one of our widely popular Brewmaster Dinners. The event starts at 6:30 with a beer reception where attendees can sample their choice of any of our handcrafted beers. During the reception hour, Brewmaster, Ryan Clooney and Head Brewer Rob Hunter, will conduct tours of the brewery and explain the beer making process. During dinner our chef and Ryan will passionately explain their handiwork and how it applies to each of the five courses. The price for this unique culinary experience is $59.95 per person, plus tax. Brewmaster Dinners are held quarterly.

Vrienden means "friend" in Flemish, and Allagash and New Belgium have teamed up as friends to make a collaborative brew. What better way to celebrate this friendship in beer, then to do two collaborative dinners. As we sat down to discuss these two dinners we came up with the idea of doing a "Earth" & "Sea" menus: New Belgium, from Fort Collins, Colorado, home on the range, middle of America, our inspiration for Fountainhead's "Earth" Dinner, Wednesday the 9th. Allagash, from Portland Maine, home on the harbor, the Atlantic North East, our inspiration for Hopleaf's "Sea" Dinner, Thursday February 10th. Founder Rob Todd from Allagash and New Belgium's Brewmaster Peter Bouckaert will be on hand.
