  Chicago craft beer fans have been eagerly following developments with Haymarket Pub and Brewery. This new brewpub is co-founded by Pete Crowley, the award-winning former brewmaster at Rock Bottom Chicago. Wednesday evening, Haymarket got its license to serve alcohol from the City of Chicago.
