The awesomeness that is the Second Annual Snuggie Pub Crawl is upon us!
This Saturday, starting at noon, herds of Snuggie-clad superfans will join forces to celebrate the world's greatest blanket with sleeves through tomfoolery and fleece. And frankly, who wouldn't want to celebrate having their hands be free while drinking a beer in a blanket?
Festivities begin (and end) at the Lions Head Pub and The Apartment,
with stops along the way including Barleycorn's, Kendall's, Kelsey's,
Halligan's, Omalley's and Sterch's. Not only will crawlers find drink specials along the way, but they also will have a shot at willing some pretty rocktacular prizes like VIP Lolla Tix, Blackhawks Playoff Tix, Cubbies Bleacher Seats and a handful of rockin' concert tickets from JACK-FM (U2, Bon Jovi, Dave Matthews...) for the "Best Dressed." Oh, and we can't forget the live music from 90s210 and Sweet Package.

Now before you go bitching and moaning that you have to pay to play (and par-tay) to give a public display of your love for your Snuggie, you should know that 100% of all proceeds are going directly to benefit Karama Connection's AC-Orphanage. The wonderful folks at FateMonkey.com (the brains behind this operation) will ensure that the cost of your ticket will go directly toward providing food, clean water, clothing and education for rescused orphans on the streets of Tanzania whose parents have been victims of HIV and TB.
