Hosted by Pastry Chef Patrick Fahy and Chef Greg Biggers, the event will feature a variety of big-time chefs preparing their modern interpretation of the classic French holiday dessert, the Buche de Noel. Among the competitors, will be Celeste Campise from Spiaggia, Greg Mosko from North Pond and Michelle and Vinny Garcia from Bleeding Heart Bakery.
Includes tastings, bubbly, appetizers and live music.
