TriQual Living Center

TriQual Living Center (TLC) provides a variety of workshops, presentations, free information, therapeutic services, consultations, and products. Recognizing that something is off is the first step! You’ve acknowledged that something is going on with you, your relationships, your family or your organization.

I believe that individuals, groups and organizations seek knowledge, skills and/ or alternative options for attitudes when things are disconnected and not “working”. When the mind says one thing, the heart (spirit/soul/feelings) says another and the body is somewhere else, a person, group or organization experiences something out of alignment. My goal is to provide the knowledge, tools, and feedback to assist in aligning you or your organization and help you move forward.

I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, which focus on how thoughts influence moods/feelings, behaviors and, to some degree, environment aspects. I also integrate aspects of psychodynamic theory, experiential processing, spiritual aspects, solution focused techniques, and elements of Eastern philosophy. DBT and ACT knowledge and skills are also incorporated.
