When eye drops fail.
When rubbing your eye fails, even though you know you're never supposed to rub your eye.
When sticking your head under the faucet on full blast fails, even though you're pretty sure you're not supposed to do that either.
When all else fails ... cry your eyes out! Seriously. Works every time.

In the spirit of Roses, here's to people like Christopher Maloney who reinforce my faith in humanity - so talented and humble and just lovely.
