Thank you, Nora Ephron

I saw When Harry Met Sally five times in the theater. I was in 8th grade and I didn't really understand why she'll have what she's having but I knew I wanted to live and date in NYC.

And, I did.  And, that's where I met my husband, who like you is Jewish and who like you knows the secret to life:  "Marry an Italian."

I saw Julie & Julia alone in the theater.  And, on the way out, I decided to start this blog - a year long project.

I saw Love, Loss and What I Wore at the Broadway Playhouse in Chicago.  And, on the way out, I hit my head.  Really hard.
I'm a klutz.  You're a genius.

Thank you, Nora Ephron.

  • Didn't realize how much I enjoyed and admired Nora Ephron's work and outlook on life until she was gone. Truly an American original. Thanks for this post.

  • In reply to Jimmy Greenfield:

    Thanks, Jimmy.
    My sentiments exactly.
