Chelsea Clinton is getting married tomorrow. Doesn't it seem like only yesterday she had frizzy hair and braces? Yeah, I went through an awkward phase too, complete with a full set of mouth jewelry. Thank G0d those days are over.
Today, I am grateful ~
1/ That I had braces (thanks Mom and Dad)
2/ That my father wasn't running for President at the exact time I was going through my awkward phase. Could you imagine? Like it's not rough enough.
3/ For my teeth, in general. They do come in handy for someone who likes to eat a lot.
Who else had braces? Recognize these famous metal mouths?

America Ferrera's braces on Ugly Betty were "props." She didn't wear them in real life.
Yes, I realize that, which is why I said "as Ugly Betty," but I wanted to include the character because Betty and her braces made ugly "cute."
