Images from the Anti Cruelty Society Wine, Dine and Mine Party, hosted by Dr. Robyn Barbiers, president of the Anti Cruelty Society with Illinois Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka, who celebrated her celebrated Comptroller’s Critters program.
