Cruise for Dogs to Benefit Anti Cruelty Society

Cruise for Dogs to Benefit Anti Cruelty Society

How does your dog feel about boat rides? On Thursday June 21, you can sail the seven seas (okay, it's only Lake Michigan) and raise dollars to benefit the Chicago's oldest animal shelter, Anti Cruelty Society. Besides, if you want natural air conditioning, Lake Michigan is the place to find it.

This is a 90-minute architectural tour - dog loving Mercury Chicago's Skyline Cruiseline. Since (social) dogs are welcome on the cruise, highlights will also include seeing Chicago's dog beaches, and the Captain will point out the city's most significant fire hydrants.

The Skyline Queen departs at 6:30 (though arriving early is a must if you don't want to 'miss the boat'), from the Southeast corner of lower Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. The cost is $40; dogs are fee. Register HERE.
